I know there are masses of people on the edges of their chairs waiting to see my latest installment. If that's you, you've been waiting for more than 3 years. So much has happened I won't even start to update things.
But I will tell you that I have a piece accepted for the 2013 Louisiana Art Melt show in Baton Rouge. It's the second consecutive year I've had a piece accepted. Last year's was a photogram also of crabs and shrimp.
This year's selection is a photogram I made with the help of Jackie Lyle. She urged me to try this, and provided the garment. She's also given me another piece to try, a christening gown.
Now I have to make a frame to fit this. It measures 27 inches by 28 inches (a 16x20 on the top, and two 11x14s on the bottom).
